Thank you for your interest in learning more about us!  Here are a few answers to common questions you may have.  We will add more answers as we hear more from you!

 

Do you offer refunds/exchanges?

Unfortunately, once we have shipped the product there are no refunds/exchanges/credits as these products are uniquely custom and individualized for each recipient.  Make sure you double check your addresses when ordering as we cannot re-direct the shipment once it is sent!

 

What are the delivery times for the prints?

Typically, we are able to get Prayer Prints written and off to our print vendor within 7-10 business days.  Each print is created by our print vendor and then shipped via USPS standard mail which will add 3-7 business days (based on location it will be sent to).

 

How do you come up with the Prayer Print?  Are you just "copy and pasting" them?

Every Prayer Print we write is completely original.  We ask the Holy Spirit what the recipient may need to hear and then write a short prayer for them.  We do not need details because we want the prayers to come from a sweet and organic place.  We are not trying to solve problems, give answers, or be a crystal ball into the future for someone.  We simply want to send them some "gracious words [that] are like honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the body (Proverbs 16:24).  

We will not be copy/pasting or re-using prayers with the Prayer Print orders.  Each is unique just like the individual receiving them!  That is the sweetness of the gift and will make the recipient feel loved and seen.  

 

How can I display my Prayer Print?

Super easy!  Tape them up, buy a little frame or stand, magnet on the fridge, however you desire!  We will post links to the various items we've used in our house over on our Instagram feed if you'd like to see some examples - check it out -> @soulnframe
